waiting for my brother to finish working out so I can do my workout today. Backs and bis here I come.
Today’s workout consisted of:
- 15 minutes of HIIT with 30 second sprint intervals and 1 minute jog intervals (thanks fit-happy-peace !)
- Upper body workout (lifting)
- Abs abs abs
(I also found the most flattering pose for my abs)

if you pay attention to my wods, you will have noticed that I upped almost all of my weights. and boy, did my muscles feel that. holyyy dinah.
BUT I WILL HAVE MUSCLE DEFINITION IF IT’S THE LAST THING I DO. (especially my abs)

little tidbit, if you wanna feel each rep more, do it slower! the slower the movement the more your muscles will work, or at least thats definitely what it feels like!

Sidenote: someone in my house is hiding the other 12lb dumbbell and 15lb dumbbell so I’m pretty po’d that I can’t use the pairing in my workout . I had to alternate for the bicep curls in the last set with one db but I can’t exactly do that for shouder press. aaahhhh give me my dumbbells back.
