I haven’t been posting workouts of the day because I had an ultimate tournament this weekend. and that shit got intense. I had 4 games yesterday (where I play the entire game) and then 2 today. We were supposed to have 3 but after halfway through the 2nd game it started raining like crazy. And it was freezing rain too. That combined with the crazy winds made that last game not very enjoyable and then they cancelled the game after that. I had an amazing time this weekend, and am so excited for next year’s tournament.
Sidenote, ultimate is some crazy shit you guys. My body is aching like no tomorrow. My calves and hip flexors are trying to encourage me to stay in bed and prevent me from walking. I also have a hockey game tomorrow so that should be fun!
Who said exercise has to be in a gym or a workout room? Get outside and play a game of ultimate !
