Omg that workout was brutal

My arms literally feel like noodles. No exaggeration. I’m trying to drink my protein shake and it’s a struggle to lift the shaker cup to my mouth

New program woot woot

So starting tomorrow I am going to be doing Jamie Eason’s 12 Week Live Fit Program. And I’m fucking stoked.

Today’s workout consisted of:

  • 15 minutes of HIIT with 30 second sprint intervals and 1 minute jog intervals (thanks fit-happy-peace !) 
  • Upper body workout (lifting)
  • Abs abs abs

(I also found the most flattering pose for my abs)
