Today’s workout consisted of:
- 15 minutes of HIIT with 30 second sprint intervals and 1 minute jog intervals (thanks fit-happy-peace !)
- Upper body workout (lifting)
- Abs abs abs

can we just talk about how stoked I am that this semester I have my first two periods as spares? DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!? it means I can workout every morning and still get a good sleep.
